Can disempaction cause high temperature

We're on day 6 of the treatment (and still not close in my opinion) and it is getting watery but seems slow, she's only pooing maybe 3 times in a day.

Shes now got a high temperature, bloating and a tummy ache. Can cosmocol cause high temperatures? We're keeping an eye on it for now and if gets higher will seek medical help but has this happened to anyone else?
