at a loss again

At the beginning of July my daughter (9) was in hospital for 3 days doing klean prep. It was successful. But my daughter had to be disimpacted over the summer, it took the whole of August. We have been slowly reducing her movicol down - she is on 5 sachets a day, plus 2.5ml of pico and a fibre supplement. She had not had a formed poo since mid-June (all type 6/7) until a couple of days ago. She now has perfect type 4 poos. However, we missed the pico dose before bed (she fell asleep early) and yesterday she had a big smudge of poo in her knickers. Is she impacted again? Eric website says some soiling can continue but I’m at a loss. Was it just because I missed the pico?
