My son is 8 and we have done the disimpaction many of times and got up the highest dosage untill watery stools then reduced it back down to a maintenance dose. He is still soiling and I'm at wit ends now of throwing pants away because it'd always quite alot of soiling! How many times can you actually keep doing disimpaction? He's on movicol so any help would be much appreciated

You reduced too quickly, you want to reduce by one dose every few days until you reach a suitable maintenance dose to remain on. I would guess they are a still impacted.
