Is Disimpaction required without soiling

My 3 year old child have constipation from 6 months ..She is on 4 sachets for disimpaction. She did small amnt poo only 2 times.

Is it necessary to disimpact her she have not soiling issue.

Yes, soiling isn't the only sign you need to disimpact and you will need to do it on higher doses than 4 sachets.

4 sachets is not enough to disimpact. Watch the poo nurses video. Soiling will increase while you disimpact. You need to keep going until you get to rusty water stage, good luck!
