Has anyone worked with Brain balance?

Came across brain balance the other day online—a practice that helps kids with adhd, autism, behavioral issues and more—- about how exercises targeted at certain parts of the brain that are undeveloped and weaker ; strengthening them with balance strategies and essentially claiming working out or exercise can help alter the parts of the brain in which are under developed that cause behavioral or medical and physical irritability, attention problems, psychological problems that come with kids dealing with stool withholding, or the ones dealing with any developmental delays in which sometimes parents can’t see or miss. To me this makes sense as I am an advocate for exercising and do it to keep myself from depression so it clicked for me, although since This study is not medical-based and is drug free— it takes no insurance so it’s out-of-pocket pay in which people are calling it a hoax for that reasoning but I see it as investing in my child’s future.

Even tho skeptics are saying they target desperate parents willing to do and try anything. Thoughts ?!

We went to a talk on this a couple of years ago.It all sounded very plausible and of course just what us parents wanted to hear, However driving home I began to have many doubts. Did some research when I got home and became very unconvinced. A friend paid out a lot of money to a chiropractor who purported to work in this area but it did nothing for her son. I think its probably harmless but useless and quite expensive.
