11 year old son with giggle incontinence

Hi all. My son has always had an element of giggle incontinence but if anything it feels as though it has become worse since he returned to school (part of the issue being a one way system which takes him longer to get to the toilet). I’m really interested in any advice or resources, particularly on any exercises (such as kegel) that have worked and any guidance that has been used to help him to ensure he is emptying his bladder fully. It is naturally getting very upsetting for him so any tips that have worked for others would be very much appreciated.

Our local hospital (Notts) suggested TENS machine and biofeedback (sensors attached to body to help them feel where pelvic floor is then operate a computer game using/activating those muscles). Our son has dysfunctional voiding but I think treatment could be similar - worth asking. Are you under continence services/nurses/consultant?
