My 9year old son has learning difficulties, sensory processing disorder, ADHD, and being assessed for ASD. He won't take regular medication and is very badly constipated again. At a kiss what to do as GP not interested and thinks a child screaming in pain is ok if it lasts less than an hour at a time. Just no clue what to try next. Do I try starting the regime again and just hope or is it time for some intervention beyond movicol and water?

Yes sounds like start again. It’s hard work but totally worth it. It’s also a bear to manage. Hang in there!
Wont take regular medication - that’s really tricky. I would tackle that. Sounds like a disimpaction is needed which will be really hard but without one I expect the problem won’t improve.
Also I forgot to say, my son had hospital psychologist and Occupational therapist on the nhs because his behaviour was so affected by his severe constipation
