9yr old daughter has done a disimpactation regime 6 months ago and was on maintenance regime of 1 sachet a day, her poo has remained a type 4 and she poos everyday but she has started soiling again. Do I need to do another disimpactation regime?

By soiling is it skid marks but she’s getting most of it on the toilet or is it a lot more and is it a bit gritty or sludgy because possibly there might still be a bit of a blockage...

I disimpacted my 4year old for the first time at the beginning of lockdown and she is still on 1 sachet . She’s only just starting to feel a poo coming (but we have a bit of skids marks as she’s still learning the signals). It may take a bit of time for the sensation to come back.

No not skids as she was clean for months and using just 1 sachet and now back but poo normal.
