Bedwetting alarm going off with sweat - advice please

Hello, I’m wondering if you can help me. We have the Malem alarm that clips on to pjs and it seems to be a bit too sensitive and is going off for no reason. I’m putting this down to sweat as it’s quite warm at the minute and there’s plasticy sheets on the bed. I’ve googled it and read the advice about 2 pairs of pants, so I’m putting him in 2 pairs of pants and then clipping the alarm to pjs but I don’t know if that’s making it worse because he’s hotter! I’d be grateful for any advice

Hi Laundry

You may have to clip the sensor under the sheet instead of on the pants in hot weather. Not ideal I know but the sweat thing is tricky.

We sorted this problem out by putting a bit of toilet paper around the sensor when it’s hot
