Recommendations for liners?

Hello my son is nearly 8 and has been soiling for 6 years. We currently use dry like me liners but they aren't enough as poo still goes over the edge and I'm still scrubbing daily 😣 it's really getting me down as I have a 4 year old and newborn to also look after. It's like he needs something with wings. I've tried a sanitary towel but they irritate his skin. Any ideas? Tia x

Hi there, my son is 8 and I have also been using dry like me liners front and back in his boxer shorts because he has bladder incontinence too. I agree that the dry like me pads aren’t enough and the soiling often misses the pad. I have also tried sanitary towels. Have you tried looking in the incontinence section in Boots? I have tried their women’s stay dry range which I find quite good and the men’s tena absorbent protectors which you could use at the back instead of the front. They are quite soft so may not irritate like the sanitary towels but you may find they are too bulky but worth a look. There is a website called Every Nappy that has quite a lot of different products on there. I completely understand as I also have two younger children to look after and it really does get you down. Do you know the reason for his soiling? X

Have you tried Allways ultra. My son has sensitive skin but these work for him and reduce the smell. I use the long ones so that he is covered front to back.
