Hi, I'm new

I'm a new member here, and hopefully I'll be able to find some support for the current issues I face. Right now, I am dealing with chronic bedwetting and mild daywetting/messing issues at age 16, and am wearing nappies fulltime. I have the same issue and I'm in my 30s, it is horrible and makes you feel like you're not working properly, dunno what I'd do without my nappies

Same here, my nappies are vital to me now. It really sucks, but I guess its just something we'll have to deal with.

Please don't feel alone or embarrassed, it is more common than you would think just people don't talk about it. Is this a new thing happening to you or a long standing issue. Have you spoken to a trusted adult or GP about it? It could be caused by stress, nightmares, constipation, a urine infection, many different reasons. Please seek help, ERIC has a phone number helpline which is confidential and can point you in the right direction. Your GP could rule out any medical problems and refer you to specialist help. There are alarms and medication that can help. My daughter is 12 and this is happening to her about 3 times a week but we are working through it together. Good luck to you
