My LG is still passing type 6 with food in it since disimpaction.

Hi all I'm confused my lg been on disimpaction for a mth having 8 sachets of movecoil and 5 mls of senna everyday and still a type 6. She not consispated she drinking loads and eating well. She had the brown cup of tea fluid for three days.still a type 6 apple sauce texture.ive got appointment with our peads next mth.but any advice and help or tips.

Hey, do you think that disimpaction has been successful as you achieved the watery poo?

8 sachets seems a lot, especially if you feel that she is constipated anymore.

Could you not phone for advise.

We achieved disimpaction and went down to maintain mode of 2 sachets a day advise from our poo nurse.

We're following advice from our poo nurses. She not compacted anymore she never done a solid poo always been very soft and lumpy.they won't xray her as she under 8 years old. She has to stay on four sachets everyday now and 5 mks of senna.but still I haven't seen a change. Frustrating.

My daughter had an xray and she is 5. Perhaps 4 is to many hence the softer poo?

Maybe but got to stick to what I've been told. Here in the UK I've seen four different peads from different hospitals and they will not xray her due to radio active. Two sachets will make her bunged up. She has to go three times a day otherwise she ends up in hospital again. Nightmare.

Oh bless her, so hard isn’t it!

We’re in the UK, they gave her an xray to check she wasn’t impacted after 7 days on 12 movical plus other stuff.

We range from 2/3 sachets a day, and that helps with 2/3 successful bathroom trips.

Unfortunately my days suffered with water works issues because of the constipation, and now we see wee and poo nurse 😣.

Yes we do see a continence team and peads.
