Hi I’m new here, and a chronic insomniac. Does anyone have any tips.

I have had insomnia for over 15 years, I am in a cycle of taking Nytol and alcohol to have a few hours sleep. I have tried so many things over the years but I never get more than 3-4 hours sleep a night. I have many nights if I don’t take anything I will not sleep at all. If anyone has found a way to get to sleep without taking drugs please tell me.

Hi - think you have posted in the wrong forum. We are parents of children with continence problems but sure HealthUnlocked will have a forum for you elsewhere.
