We have experienced alot of denial behaviour. This last month to 6 weeks he has gone to the toilet without fighting us which was the biggest relief. But he is now reverting back to old types of behaviour ie getting angry, running of in the opposite direction, he thinks we are going to get cross which we are not and reassuring him. Has anyone got any ideas what makes them revert back. He has undergone a discompaction programme. If I could work out what the trigger was I could hopefully stop it.

Is there any chance the poo is getting a bit stuck again? Is it worth tweaking the maintenance dose you have him on? They don’t seem to be able to tell you, it shows more in their behaviour.
I find I have to really manage the movicol carefully to get it right
To be honest i think he is blocking up slightly so I have increased his dose to 5 movicol. Im trying not to move his dose suddenly because it takes him a couple of days to adjust. But he is not consistent one minuite it is to watery, then he doesnt go for 24 hours and then other days you think you have got it right.
