Oil and cream to increase sensitivity

Any advices for cream or oils to increase sensitivity on the penile area? I do get erection easily during penetration, but I don't enjoy blowjob ( probably because my penis need a stronger grip).

I may have mis spelled. Try sensum+. Doesn't look like it got very good reviews unfortunately
