First of all what you need to do is talk with your urologist to try and find out the cause of your ED, and then go from there. Could it be Psychological, or Physiological. In my opinion, seems like it that most cases both go hand in hand. No, this is not a joke, nothing funny about it. We all want the fast answers, with the fast cure. Unfortunately, does not happen that way. So best answers for you is to start taking the steps to find out the reason for your ED, and go from there. Best of luck to you.
The two Urology groups in Rochester, NY, have specialists who deal with ED. Does your Urologist? There are pills, Muse, Tri Mix injections, vacuum pump and the implant. The muse wired well but was painful, the Tri Mix worked but was awkward to inject, the pump also works but it is trial and error to get the technique mastered. Best if luck.
David, I completely agree with the advice given to you by others. I have tried every one of the options "steved" mentioned with the exception of an implant, with mixed results. I am a facilitator for our local PC Support group and from what several others who had implants, this seems to be the best option. The vacuum pump works but it is far from being a "natural" sexual experience. Good luck in your search as it can be very frustrating.
First, check out Franktalk.org. They cover all types of ED with complete honesty and candor.
Technology today has enabled a cure for even the most persistent ED. I had the worst kind where pills, MUSE and VED did not work. I have an implant andemy ED is over. In fact, my penis (just ask my wife) is better than it ever has been.
