Hello all

It's fantastic to see members of the community sharing experiences with one another.

Our community has some important guidelines to help keep this space safe, helpful, and appropriate. Here they are:

Be kind, respectful, and understanding of one another

Everyone deals with their own private challenges

Post from your own experience

"For me, this worked..." rather than "You should do this..."

This is a space for peer to peer and emotional support

The community does not replace the relationship or advice given by your healthcare professional

Follow HealthUnlocked's terms of use

Thank you for following these guidelines and for keeping this community healthy and active.
