Is there anyway of bringing your brain back into some kind of order! I have J M Epilepsy for over 50 years, 400+ seizures, above average IQ?

I am retired, terminally ill with the condition, but want some sort of natural clarity in my final days, to be able to read properly ascertain what it is I'm reading, I don't want to be filled more of PILLS, MEDICATION ETC, short term crap, only there to get rid of the effect, never the cause! I have HPT so am immune to most of them anyway! I can still dander around [not to much] but I don't want any more 'check ups' , I've had two separate doctors in the last month "sorry can't do anymore for you!" a relief in some respect, minimum inspections? I'd love to get some sort of 'brain sponge' to attempt to clear the brain of the current brain fog? My only desire is ambition, not bad for an old groaner like myself, aged 66, I want to be remembered for something? I believe even in my state capable of something, What ?
