What is the review?

• A look at our advice and information - what we do now – and what we might do in the future

Why are we doing it?

• Because we want to provide a quality service, relevant for its users

Who do we want to hear from?

• As wide a variety of service users, potential service users, and professionals as possible. UK based only.

How are we doing it?

• A 30 minute telephone conversation based around a structured questionnaire

What would we like you to do?

• Download and complete the initial contact form if you would be interested in having that conversation

If you are not able to download the form, please email Shelley Wagstaff at ai-review@epilepsy.org.uk with your address. She will send you a hard copy.

Thank you.
