Looking for any tips or advice on how else i can reduce seizures other than meds. Basically, I have had epilepsy for about 11 years. My main seizure type is partial seizures. I have had a significant reduction in seizures over the years since increasing meds etc. The ONLY time I have a seizure now is mornings when I get up for work. Its bareable and I get on with it and it soon eases off. The thing that annoys me the most that I have only ever went 6 weeks seizure free so my neuro is far from considering driving. He is aware of when I have my seizures but isn't keen to increase doses as im on the highest dose of both or add on another tablet as he doesnt know what other meds go best with Keppra and Lamictal (on their own they are useless) Is any1 aware of another med that goes well with these 2....even at night? Or any things to prevent seizures as soon as I waken.... Sorry its such a long post xx

Makes sense...
