Has anyone tried just taking herbal tablets with no added pill? Thinking of trying it as I really do not want anything hormone related?!

Hiya. I am doing the following and it's made a big difference so far;

Spa Tone for iron (I may need something stronger)

Echinacea

Evening Primrose

Angus Cactus

Sea Kelp for water retention and bloating

B12

Well woman multi vitamins.

It's a lot to take and works out a bit expensive so I buy in bulk from Holland and Barrets with my points card and try and take advantage of the penny sale.

I was going to go on anti depressants but my mood is now much better, as is the fatigue and pains between periods have lessened.

I do need pain relief before and during my period and occasionally between but things have most certainly improved. Also my hormonal acne on my jawline has virtually gone.

I refuse to take hormones as they send me nutty.

Good luck.

I'd be interested to see how you get on so keep me posted :).

Hi I've just started taking a herbal tonic made by a herbalist I've so far been feeling better . I have been having acupuncture too for a few months now so I'm hoping this extra tonic along side is going to help. I'm still getting pains but so far not bad enough to take any painkillers so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that its the herbs ! I hope you can find relief with this too.

I've been trying to get mood swings under control too recently ( as well as stopping smoking), I've been recommended the B vitamins but also starflower oil. If you are near a super drug they sell a combined starflower and evening primrose oil which keeps the cost down a bit! I was on anti depressants for 8 years but came off them when considering conceiving, I now am amazed to think I may not have needed to take them for as long as I did as I'm feeling better now I've started on the vitamins.

Good luck. X

I use a wonderful herbal treatment pills called "more woman". It is from a Norweigen science research. It have done that I get my life back.

I can not order it from uk though unfortunately and they can not send it from Sweden to uk.

I order it from a friend in Sweden. Maybe I can help some to get this.
