If you can tolerate hormonal treatments (that i think you do since you had injections) then you will be ok with visannette.

My gynae gave them to me, but I only managed them for 3 weeks as the side effects were horrible for me (im very sensitive in any hormonal treatment).

Visannette are progesterone type of pills, quite new and with good success rate, so you could give them a try. x

I'm not really I came off Zoladex, these tablets were an alternative. Worried I will experience the same hormonal horrors I experienced previously. Thanks xx. What treatment are you receiving now?

Nothing at the moment, had my 2nd lap less than 3 months ago, I had deep endo only in one location and they manage to take all of it from the root by excision. So at the moment I'm endo free, no treatment needed. Saying this though, I still have neurological pain post-op... x (they had to cut many nerves and some other were irritated)

Doctos said I'm in category of chronic pelvic pain thats why I will always experience some sensitivity in the area. I just hope it will be mild one day! x

Hi lottie, I live in Cyprus, my gynae prescribed this privately on a 2 mth trial as zoladex didn't agree with me. It's been nearly 2wks since I started Visannette, no weight gain - lost weight, no real pains, very small infrequent blood loss. Only down side at the moment is my skin, breakouts on my face & do get very tired. Xx

Thanks for replying, I really want to try this drug as zoladex is the only thing that works for me but Im not allowed it anymore. :(

I am aware that this drug is being used in Europe and Canada, New zealand but not in the uk yet. :(

Hope it continues to work for you.

xx
