I have endometriosis and adenmyosis. I had laparoscopic surgery in November 2023 to remove my endo and a large endometrioma. I was told originally by the dr I would need two surgeries as he suspected I had endo in my bowels however after my surgery he said I wouldn’t need the second surgery. I took this to mean I didn’t have any endometriosis on my bowels.
However, I really struggle with painful bowels, constipation and general digestive issues, I read that this could be down to my adenmyosis. Does anyone else struggle particularly with there digestive system and bowels and if so what do you recommend as treatment or just tips to help

I've had a lot of improvement on my bowel symptoms working with a lady called Louise collyer (via teams call). Give her a quick google. If you can't afford/ don't want to try Chinese medicine... try 1) cutting out as much gluten as you can bear, 2) take a womens prebiotic. 3) try yoga. I have stage 4 endo on my ovaries etc and bowel and adeno. Apparently everything is stuck together.. so stretching can (in theory) help ease things apart.
hobbies have been diagnosed with endo and adeno and my ovaries are stick to my cervix and I have adhesions
I have a lot of stomach issues like bloating .. random cramps.. a lot of gas … also mixed stoool motions is this all normal ? I had a ct to rule out other stuff and it was clear
