New Diagnosis of Endometriosis

Recently Diagnosed-

Was sick ovulating for a year then put on the pill

Now having awful flare ups especially when not going to the toilet often enough - this seems to be a trigger

Pain comes from no where and can last for hours or days. Feeling sick or being sick.

Not sure if anyone has any tips or anything they do?

Has anyone esle exprienced this with endometriosis? Don’t want to feel alone lol!

Sorry to hear you are struggling, I don't really have any tips to be honest but I completely understand the toilet flare ups and vomiting. For me heat pads, hot baths are my saviour. For bowel have you tried buscopan? Have they mentioned whether your bowel is affected by the endo? Mine is unfortunately. What pain relief do you take currently? I also have a prescribed anti sick medication for when I need it which may be worth a try if its constant. I would definitely go to your doctor / consultant and express how your symptoms are affecting you and see what you can try.
