High prolactin levels

Hi!

For some background I've had 2 laps for ovarian cysts and the latter one found endo which was removed 7 months ago...

However the pains have started again and after a scan have found a 3cm cyst in my right and 2 smaller on left ovary. I've been sent for blood test to also see if I have PCOS. They've come back with abnomally high serum prolactin levels (1450 !) I'm getting sent for more bloods to check but has anyone had this? And what was the cause?

29 year old female and no kids also (hoping in the future)
