Hi everyone. This is my first post. Looking forward to becoming more familiar with the forum.
I have received my report for my pelvis gynaecological MRI which said the above.
I wonder if anyone has also had any of these? I'm not too good with anything scientifically/medically worded so I am trying to understand. If anyone has experience or has also been told they have the above and would be happy to share, I'd be grateful to read.

I don’t know how much help this will be, but if you have bowel and bladder involvement as this suggests, you should be seen at a specialist endometriosis centre (BSGE). If you are currently being seen by a general Gynae, they should refer you on.
If you don’t have a Gynae follow-up in the near future, your GP might be helpful in explaining the medical terms in the report, so you have a clearer idea of what is involved?
Thanks for your reply, I've been referred but think I'm facing a bit of a wait. You're right about contacting GP about it, I'm always apprehensive to but think I probably should!
