I'm still on my journey for diagnosis, have received my pelvic ultrasound back which had nothing abnormal about it.
My blood test came back with CA125 at 45, so I have a call with a doctor on Monday to discuss this. After doing my own research that can be a signal for endometriosis but after seeing what else it could be is a little scary.
Just wondering if it being at 40 is anything significant, I've read other posts about it being considerably higher and I'm not sure what my doctor will advise as the next stage.
I'm planning on asking for a referral for a gynaecologist so hopefully that goes well.
Thanks🥰

Ca125 alone wouldn't tell for sure if you are at risk of ovarian cancer. I recently had done Test Roma which is an mathematical algorithm taken into account Ca125 and HE4. If Ca125 is elevated but HE4 normal that would mean that your risk of ovarian cancer is very low. That was exactly my case as Ca125 was 51 but HE4 was 33 which is in normal range.
My Ca125 is elevated because of endometriosis and endometrioma and probably it's your case as well. Not sure if you can go back to GP and ask for test ROMA. I had it done in Poland.
