It depends on whether your wounds have healed. The advice is not to have a bath until 2 weeks and only then if there are no scabs and it is clear they have healed. Even then I wouldn't submerse your tummy in water for a while.
I had a bath around a week and a half I think, mine healed up pretty quickly.
