Sort of endometriosis

Is this sight for talking about other problems to? Like saying example ur I'll in pain with endometriosis and alot is going on like with me I dont have friends and family neither does my partner. And because mould in house we had couple items in garden due to damaged by mould. And since new people moved in street they all teaming up and ringing to report rubbish council is aware of my situation and health and long term where I'm in so much pain as well it's all stupid always helped these neighbours out been kind polite painted neighbours walls and step for them and that's the thanks we get them being to face people this why I have trust issues and dont make friends because u help so many people of and they go behind ur back it's like why? After everything we have done for them. U find if ur good to people they stab u in back. I really hate people where is all this fairy tale good people? I have enough on my plate and my partner as well as dealing with this endometriosis and pain mental health bipolar also not good to deal with let alone petty people causing crap.
