rectovaginal nodes

Hi everyone,

hope you are all keeping well.

I am seeing my endo DR on Monday, after my MRI for treatment planning and next steps.

At my last appointment she found palpable rectovaginal nodes on an internal examination.

Does anyone have experience of treatment specifically for these types of adhesions? Specifically surgical.

Any information welcome.
