Flareups or other illnesses? Please help

I am only starting to link my frequent illnesses now to endometriosis so i need help! I had last week fatigue and joints ache that developed into tommy cramps, diarrhea and lower back pain. Fatigue lasted 3 days and a half (total exhaustion). Had fever during that. Immediately after feeling well, i had my period (a little early than usual this time). I thought it is IBS or stomach bug. But now am realising i am getting every 3-4 months am getting ill (fatigue that knock me in bed for two days at least) is common in all of them and that always happens before my period starts. Are these flareups of endometriosis? Or just coincidence?

Appreciate your help! I am waiting for an appointment for my surgery but kept delaying because of covid! During this time j started to have the endo tommy

If this is a flare, this is the worst one. Should report to my GP to advise my consultants?

Hi I suffer with extreme fatigue and been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, body can be so sore and tender, either my whole body feels painful or it can be certain parts such as arms/legs. One of the symptoms is brain fog. I would definitely say to your GP as they can help with a diagnosis and possibly medication, I take antidepressants which help with the nerve pain from fibromyalgia.

When I got diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis I also had a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, not sure if it’s all linked 🤷‍♀️
