Pain after period finishes?

My endometriosis pain starts on first day of period and lasts throughout my period and about 4/5 days after.

Although painful the pain tends to get way worse in the days after the bleeding stops. Also to add to the mystery my pain turns into something weird, which I can only describe as internal itching just under the skin and all over c section scar.😵‍💫 I have researched and asked GP and I still can't find any answers. It's driving me crazy! It would make more sense for pain to be at it's worst when I'm actually bleeding? This condition is doing my head in.

Just wondering if it's just me!😵‍💫

Thanks

Xx

Thanks for replying.

How many C-sections have you had? Is this feeling just during period or anytime? And have your been told by anyone what it could be?

Thanks

Sounds a bit like me. Except mine starts first day of period and lasts for about 4/5 days after. That's like 2 weeks of pain every month.

It's becoming annoying now. Just wish it would go away😵‍💫

I went private. Saw 3 consultants. Apart from surgery then a "see how it goes" approach, they still couldn't do anything for me. Trying to manage it with diet. Ugh

Most private gynaecologists also work for the nhs, well a lot in my area do anyway xx
