UAE Treatment for Adenomyosis before fertility treatment

Hi

I have been trying to conceive for a few years, I have had failed IVF treatments and 3 miscarriages. I was recently diagnosed with Adenomyosis and need to consider treatment before moving forward with fertility treatment. I am 40 yr old with low ovarian reserve. I don't know if anyone has considered or had UAE treatment for their adenomyosis and subsequently gone on to have a successful pregnancy.

Any advise on what treatment for adenomyosis leading to successful pregnancy would be very helpful.

I'm losing my mind and will to live, I just don't know where to turn.
