Hi All,
Has anyone tried the cleanse to heal for endometriosis?
I’d be interested to hear if it helped.
Thanks.
**EDIT**
I have tried to add a photo of the Cleanse to Heal supplements. I hope it’s worked.

The explanation given of the cause is scientifically nonsense. I was veggie from the age of 15 then vegan from 19 eating a very healthy additive free diet yet I had endometriosis.
Fat and protein is not going to make it worse. Some of those things could improve it, I found spirulina helped as did vitamin B supplements (but not just B12).
There is some evidence that candida overgrowth adds to the problem and the endo and candida both generate and are encouraged by estrogen, so help each other along. So a low carb diet might help, avoiding soy products too as they are high in estrogen, pretty much the opposite of the diet she is suggesting.
I was contacted on Facebook by someone claiming to offer a cure for my endometriosis after I commented on an endometriosis UK post. I checked their profile and they were selling supplements. Be careful going down this sort of route.
Any changes to diet etc can be risky so speak with your GP if you can.
I be found cutting out dairy and limiting alcohol and Caffiene has helped me, but I know mine is growing around my bowel.
I'm not saying there aren't benefits to diet change etc. But you really dont need to go out and spend a fortune on supplements. There are a lot of scammers out there.
Big hugs x
Hi, this book extract is very inaccurate and potentially harmful.
Endometriosis is not known to be caused by viruses and pathogens at all, it has been linked to genetic predispositions and environmental factors among other things.
Please be careful with books claiming to be medical and please seek medical advice from your GP, and other trusted resources before changing your diet drastically. You may be able to request to have an appointment with a nutritionist. Endometriosis can often coexist (called comorbidity) with other conditions such as PCOS and you need to be aware of other potential effects of changing your diet. If you make a dietary change do it in a way that suits all of your needs with professional guidance.

The Endometriosis Treatment Information Pack on the Endometriosis-UK website recommends reading: ‘Endometriosis – A key to healing through
nutrition’ by Dian Shepperson Mills and Michael Vernon
I hope this helps.
