Period pain spontaneously better! Is this a good thing? Will it make conceiving a baby easier?

Hi 👋

I have had debilitating pain for years around my periods, a couple of years ago they found blood filled cysts on one of my ovaries and said this was likely endometriosis.

The past few months the pain has spontaneously become so so much better, totally bizarre but not complaining! I did not think that endometriosis got better on its own though? Not really sure what’s going on inside!

My husband and I have been trying for a baby for a few months now, I’m wondering whether the reduced pain may mean the endometriosis getting better and it may become easier to conceive? Wishful thinking I know!

If anyone has had similar experiences I would love to hear xx

Hi, have you made any lifestyle changes or dietary changes that could have helped? If you're doing things like yoga now this can help with pain. Removing dairy, wheat, red meat, flax seed and soya can help with pain. It may be something you're doing differently as endometriosis doesn't get better by itself normally. It can be up and down though.
