Less common symptoms of bowel endometriosis?

So I am on the waiting list for a gynaecology consultation for suspected endometriosis. Until this point, the pain has been almost exclusive to my uterus/general pelvis but I’ve recently noticed other symptoms relating to my GI tract. I was on ferrous fumarate for 3 months for anaemia which gave me quite bad constipation. During that time, I often experienced GI discomfort during my flare ups but just put that down to general constipation. However now, my bowel movements have returned to normal but I still get that uncomfortable almost constipated feeling even if I’ve gone to the toilet not long before. Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve also started noticing more bloating when I have a flare up and tight trousers can often make my pain worse.

Yes. I have vowel Endo and it often feels as though the bowel hasn’t fully emptied I also bloat badly but I can only identify a few foods that make it worse. In general I follow the FODMAP diet but it’s made no difference to bloating.
