Endo on diaphragm

Hi, does anyone has endo on thier diaphragm? What is it like/how did you find out?

My endometriosis is flaring badly, I have had multiple surgeries including a resection. I am currently avoiding surgery but between that and my back (ddd and nerve damage) I am in moderate to severe pain. I take cocodomol and gabapentin when desperate but am keen not to go back to stronger medication as I need my brain for my job, and the medication clouds my thought.

I have had pain under my rib for months on and off. I was diagnosed with lymphocytic colitis as my bowel also has started to misbehave and my cells showed some inflamation. All GI issues were ruled out. I have also starting to get stabbing pains in my shoulder (which I saw could be another sign of endo on the diaphragm).
