Yellow discharge / spotting whiles on norethisterone

Hi ladies just a question ive been on norethisterone for 9 months straight now and ive been having spotting every couple of days of each month but i had a 20 day breakthrough bleed in march but since then its just been random spotting but for some reason now this month ive been having this yellow discharge daily with spotting and a fishy odor smell which ive never had before ive not had sex with my partner for couple weeks neither this all happened on tuesday just gone .... has anyone or is anyone having this problem with norethisterone? If so how long did ur yellow discharge or spotting take to stop? Ive rang my doctor up but i got a feeling she will onky say like in march its down to the norethisterone 🙄🙄 but i need to know ladies how long term are you on norethisterone for or been on for and what was your experiences like with it? Cause mine is on and off sometimes ill have clear discharge days then all the sudden spotting and this yellow discharge all happened after the march issue i had i want it to settle down but its been 9 months now so i dont get why this yellow discharge and spotting keeps happening!
