Hi All. New to endometriosis and just looking for general advice and just people in the same boat. It has taken years to get a diagnosis i've been told about brain tumours/MS etc as alongside horrific menstrual cycle i struggle to feel my right leg alongside chronic back pain (amusing as i am a chiropractor). Finally my neurologist put 2 and 2 together and sent me to a gynaecologist. Luckily enough to see a really good specialist who has confirmed signs of endometriosis (alongside polyps) now waiting on an MRI of the pelvis and spine as they think endometriosis is causing the leg pain/numbess. Are there any lifestyle changes/diet anything alongside the meds/surgery that they find helps. Thanks All

Hi Wren01,
Welcome to the forum, it sounds like you have had a rough time. The forum is a great place for support and any questions you have.
We also have local support groups as a place where you can discuss endometriosis and the issues you are facing with other sufferers.
Please visit: endometriosis-uk.org/suppor... to find out if there is one in your local area. If you find there is not a face to face support group in your local area, we have an online support group.
I hope you find this information useful,
