I’m feeling. A bit odd. Lots of wind, indigestion, hungry all the time. Are these just new symptoms of endo or is there a chance I could be pregnant ?

The pill states it's 99% effective if taken correctly. So there's always a chance.
If you've had irregular cycles, high levels of some hormones previously, may have missed a pill, have digestive issues then it can reduce the pill's effectiveness.
It could be new endo symptoms, difficult to say.
If you're concerned it may be an idea to see your GP and discuss it with them. x
A simple thought, but have you bought a pregnancy test, just to put your mind at rest? Good luck
I found I felt like this when I ran progesterone pills together as it was my bodies way of telling me it needed a period, 2 months was (for me personally) the max I could run them together before I got tired, grouchy, hungry, and felt generally dreadful and I found when I stopped and had a week long break and started running them together again, I felt better x
