Endo symptoms or just a weird bowel!?

Sorry if this is too much info.

So I've noticed over the past 6 to 9 months that I have light spotting from my rectal area (doesn't look unusual), no polyps, no straining. It can be when walking, and I can feel it, often staining my underwear a light pink / brown colour when I check later. It doesn't hurt and isn't all the time; it usually does it once or twice and that's it. I've kept a record and worked out it now looks like it's a few days after ovulation and a few days after my period has finished. Any ideas?

I've also started to get this feeling like my bowels aren't emptying fully - I used to have regular movements - once a day, now it's more like twice or three times, but each time I've finished it feels like I should still sit there and wait. I don't know if that makes sense.

I've had endo excised over a year ago including bowel endo - rectal shave performed. So I'm not sure if the symptoms are even related?

Can a doc / gp do a physical examination?

You should go to MRI scan center. General surgeon he or she see anus area with her fingers. Surgeon give you more test and exam.

That will most likely mean going to my GP and having a referral / wait through the NHS to see a specialist and then consider scans, and MRIs aren't commonly done under the NHS for things now unless it's severe

My suggestion is go to private hospital. MRI scan 3t Tesla is the best option. I'm from Asia. And i did not know about uk hospital procedure. Waiting time is priceless.
