Has anybody found that their hair comes out more than it did prior to symptoms and is becoming finer?

Yes!! Mines been coming out in clumps! Went to doctors and they said it’s nothing dangerous and just told me to use medicated shampoo 🤦‍♀️ Not helping at all though

I've definitely been loosing more hair recently, it's fine anyway. It's important to get your iron, vitamin D and thyroid levels checked as these can cause hair loss and are not uncommon in women with endo from what I've read. In my case I have low vitamin D (despite a good diet and multivitamin) and now have a huge supplement to take which I hope will help.
