Totally understand.

Had my 5th laparoscopy today, and have cried so much this evening as I too am utterly drained and exhausted by this horrible illness.

I had CBT years ago as I was suffering from all sorts of horrible things. But even though at times like today when I feel I can't cope with the emotions and feelings of insanity that come with endometriosis, the techniques and strategies I learned from CBT really help me.

It's not for everyone, but it helps me. Hope you find something that works for you. Take care. X
