hi. I got a lot of hip and back pain until I had surgery, after that its improved alot 😊. Are you being seen by an endometriosis specialist? Xx

Hey. I get hip pain, but more randomly shoulder, elbow and wrist pain on one side. I’ve often wondered if it was more the way I held myself than anything else x

Hey! I’m glad I stumbled across your comment. I get the very same - I’m suffering right now actually. Not been diagnosed but the pain is excruciating and endo is pretty much the only thing my symptoms seem to match.

I’m currently lead in bed with terrible breathlessness, right-hand side shoulder pain and pain around my rib cage and liver area (also right-hand side). I’m also on the last day of my period. Do your symptoms match? Just asking for my own research, if ya like.

👍🏻 Laura

Hi Laura,

I would say my symptoms were very similar. I suffered with pain for years and kept getting told I had IBS. It wasn’t until I had an endemitrioma removed from my left ovary that they said they’d found endemitriosis...up until my lap they just thought I had a normal, but big ovarian cyst.

I think the referred pain I was getting was because I held myself differently because of all the pains in my stomach, although I have read that you can get endo almost anywhere in your body.

Have you been to the Dr and explained how much you’re suffering? Could you afford to go private? I’m now managing my pain with the mini pill as I have a healthy and happy two year old and am not wanting anymore, so can manage pain with hormones mow x
