What do adhesions feel like?

I've been getting a new symptom lately that feels like the area above my appendix is stuck to something, and it either flares up or I pull it by moving (and I don't move about much anymore)

It is bloody painful, and I can't stand straight, have to crawl to bed... Literally, when it happens. Trying to figure out what it may be.

P. S. Got endo on bladder awaiting surgery and had some removed from left uterosacral ligament so chances are it's in extra places by now as that was Dec and waiting for my specialist surgery

Mine is like a sharp tug or pulling sensation. Sometimes I double over if I stand up to fast or if I over stretch. I find if I slowly move or stand then it seems to be better. It's like it needs time to gently move with you rather than forcing it. Hope that makes sense? It does in my head lol. It's hard to put into words x
