Hello if you Google BSGE centres, their website will come up which has a map/search function so you can find the closest centres to you. These are the centres you are sent to when you have stage 3 or 4 endo so they are specialist. They do normally have long waitlist FYI

Hi I live in bristol and I was referred to the BSGE centre in Southmead hospital. I seen Dr Vyas however found him to be very unsupportive and dismissive of my pain and symptoms. He has now discharged me but I was lucky to have such a fantastic Gp that listened to my pain and symptoms and I’m on the right pain meds and now seeing a pelvic physio. I have heard the endo specialists in BRI /st. Michael's are great and they also do regular endo groups on a Thursday evening (once a month I think). If you want to go further afield or go private, I highly recommended a consultant Dr Rohini Gonsalves in Newport. She diagnosed me first time and was brilliant at listening to my problems and proactive. She works in the gwent but has a private clinic in St Joesphs hospital which is run by Bupa. Hope this helps?

It’s so hard getting someone to listen.. I am in Bristol and have had a hysterectomy performed by Vyas. Was ok but dismissed my right sided ongoing pain. 2 yrs on I am booked in for another lap as finally listened to. They now have an Endo nurse at Southmead if u wanted to talk to someone. Appts are very hard to get and such a long wait. The support groups can be found on Endo uk and the Bristol ones have just started back up and are well attended with lots of good info. It’s just good to meet others going thru it. Good luck, keep on nagging until you get listened to. X

Hi I'm not sure if it's much help and it may be a bit far away, but my specialist was Mr Philip Kaloo, he's based in Cheltenham, but does have clinics running south, Stroud direction, may be worth looking him up.

I've had two laps with him and he's been brilliant. He does private and NHS, specialises in endometriosis, heavy periods, post pregnancy, excision, laparoscopy. Worth a google x
