Treatment options post children

What options have people been given for treatment once they have completed their family? I’m currently on mini pill and I’m bleeding around 24/25 days in a month. Can’t take the other pill, implant or injection. Marina Coil was painful and caused frequent bleeding too. Was on zoledex and hoping to go back on it till my baby’s 2 then hysterectomy but I wanted to know if there is any other options out there people have been given? 🤞 not sure they will let me have zoledex again as already had 2 rounds and was taken off it last year and told I couldn’t have anymore
