I want to try going to the gym more and working on my fitness. I am thinking of things such as Hot Yoga, swimming and gym but I am interested to know what sort of things work well for you (if any).
If you do work on your fitness;
- how has it affected you
- would you recommend
- what wouldnt you recomment
thanks in advance !

I do yoga which helps, its more gentle stretching so helps when i have pain, i also do crossfit which is good fun but normally do find this flairs me up after i'm just careful with what i do and wont tend to do it if my pain is bad on the day and weight training is great as long as your taking it slowly and making sure that you get your posture correct.
Personally i wouldn't recommend Pilates i found each time i have tried to do it, it gives me horrendous flair ups and really irritates my back. I know it does work for some people though.
Its just worth trying a few different things and seeing what works for you.
I'm trying to figure this out too! Fatigue and leg pain are my biggest symptoms, but I love running. I struggle to get into a routine with it though as I'll have a couple of good weeks and then have to stop. I'm thinking of getting back to swimming regularly as I feel that could help. Would love to hear if you find anything that suits you x
