Possible infection from coil

Hey,

I have had endometriosis for roughly 5 years. I have had chronic pelvic pain since I got the coil fitted in March. It started with a minor pain in my public bone and has gradually became more unbearable, initially I couldn’t walk for long, then I couldn’t stand for very long, now I have bad pain in my vagina and pelvis, along with bleeding. I have seen 4 different doctors, one said it could be a blister on my vulva (no examination of my vulva took place and I had no complaint Of a blister), another said it could be bone pain, was sent for X-ray nothing showed up. Another said probably an sti (sex is not an option for me or my endo, and I have not had a sexual partner since my last sti check), today I went to an urgent gynae clinic, after not being able to complete a cervical exam due to my severe pain the doctor prescribed me thrush cream and sent me on my way.

Is there anything I can do to get a doctor to help me? Is there a trick? I literally cannot keep going with the pain, it’s constant not even cycle related. I feel so helpless.
