Endometriosis & pituitary gland issue?

This won’t be short so I apologise, looking for some help as my NHS consultants app is soon & it’s always frustrating at appointments when I don’t know what questions to ask as it’s over and months without help again :(

I’ll start by introducing my condition about 12 years ago (weighing 8st-9st) I would get right sided pain after nights out/over excersizing.

During a 12month period trying to get diagnosed I became pregnant and continued with horrible pain but It was swept under the rug and blamed on the growing pregnancy ... ok I got on with it I was pregnant I had bigger issues - at 35 weeks I ended up giving birth at home as I was unable to tell the contraction pain apart from the pain I was already living with!

The pain calmed down a bit after giving birth and I returned to 8st-9st after a few months - the pain crept back over the months and continued to be awful around my menstrual cycle and after over excsersizing and nights out.

Fast forward 3 years and I was unable to excersize atall - lifting/walking too much and moving to quickly cause pain, bloating and bleeding. Several trips to my GP gave me diagnosis’s of PCOS,IBS,Anxiety? None explained the pain and the GP didn’t seem to care.

Continued trips to my GP got me in a circle of Ultrasound Scans and wrongly sent referrals which led me to only getting to my Gynae Consultant in March 2018 & after some tests being advised it may be Endometriosis - although possibly not as PCOS & Endometriosis aren’t normally found in the same person? Anyway I was started on Decapeptyl Injections for 6 months in October 2018.

My symptons now for the last 5-6 years have got extremely bad - the pain and pulling feelings in my right side is most of the time everyday, random bleeding, excessive weight gain (5at-6st), sweating, bloating, nausea, brain fog, cloudy vision, dizziness, fatigue, back pain, pain doing the toilet, leg pain, shoulder pain ... this list goes on and now after a 6month period on Decapeptyl Injections it’s even longer!

During a trip swimming recently a nurse friend of mine advised me that the lump I associated with my back pain at the top of my neck being something that related to issues with the pituitary gland - called “buffalo hump” - she advised it was caused by Cushing syndrome which is linked to the pituitary gland that controls your ovaries etc ... symptoms she advised me of were many I struggle with & my weight gain does seem weird as it is predominantly my trunk area and my arms & legs don’t seem to be as bad!

Just wondering if any of you have had issues with the pituitary gland and if anyone is aware of any links between the two?

Also anyone who had Endo & PCOS shedding light would be good as my consultant advising me these conditions aren’t usually found together baffled me?

Thank you x
